Enrolment Dates
Enrolment is ongoing: You can start your studies at any time.
Entry Requirements VET Programmes
There are no entry requirements for the VET programmes. However, it is recommended that individuals should:
- be 18 years or older,
- have some work experience,
- have completed Year 9 or its equivalent, and
- have suitable English language skills (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).
ACDB reserves the right to reject students from its programmes.
Entry Requirements MBA Programme
The programme suits individuals with at least 3 years of work experience. The completion of a ACDB Diploma or Advanced Diploma, an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised academic institution is required. You have suitable English language skills (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent). An entry interview is compulsory.Scholarships

To assist you while studying at ACDB, we have student welfare officers who provide on-going support services to students.The student welfare officers can provide advice and assistance to students in many areas including research, assessments and effective study methods. They are also the initial point of contact for all students.Academic Support
Academic team members, lecturers and instructors at ACDB are highly qualified and stay up-to-date with research and business best practice. Contact details for academic support is available for each unit while studying at ACDB.Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Every student receiving training in Australia needs to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Your USI will help keep your training records and results together in an online account controlled by you. By having a USI, you will be able to access your training records and results (or transcript) whenever you need them. ACDB will require your USI as part of the application process.

Australian Student Visa
ACDB is an online college, providing best-in-class e-learning programmes across the world. As such, you do not need to be in Australia to complete your programme. Therefore, ACDB does not provide documentation for student visa applications for Australia.Fees & Payment Terms
ACDB’s fees in addition to course fees include:
- Application/Enrolment fee (not refundable): A$ 200
- Change of VET programme fee: A$ 200
Deferment fee (every 12 months): A$ 300 - Reassessment fee (per unit): A$ 150
- Course cancellation fee after first payment: A$ 300
- Certificate re-issue fee: A$ 100
Payment terms for VET programmes
Students provide advanced payment for each module (A$ 300 per module). For course fee payments via our website with a credit card or via bank wire transfer, ACDB will process the non-refundable application/enrolment fee as part of the application/enrolment process. In order to start your course, you will provide payment for your first module (ACDB will not charge your credit card automatically). With the completion of your first module and before you start the next and any subsequent modules, you will again provide payment for the next module as per the curriculum. You can continue your studies once your payment for the next module has been received. Students can withdraw from VET programmes within 10 days of accepting the Letter of Offer with a full course/ module fee refund given. No other refunds will be provided.
Since ACDB is a global online learning college, it does not provide any VET FEE HELP, government-funded subsidy or any other financial support. All prices listed in this brochure are in Australian Dollars (A$), except for the MBA programme, which is listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Corporate Education
Digital transformation and digital business development are important frameworks for your organisation. ACDB will provide your employees with online learning programmes that will both benefit your organisation and your employees, giving them the knowledge to support your organisational strategies and projects. At the same time, employees will receive a recognised Australian qualification following successful completion of the course.
Our practice-oriented assessments will ensure that valuable insights and action plans are available to your organisation and the skills embedded with your team members.
ACDB’s programmes can be studied part-time with self-paced learning by your employees or delivered via a jointly agreed time plan through online-learning sessions (online video conferencing).

Survey
ACDB will distribute to every student an AQTF Quality Indicator Learner Engagement survey and to each employer an AQTF Quality Indicator Employer Satisfaction survey. The data collected on these surveys will be anonymised and compiled into a summary report which will be submitted annually to the Australian regulator. This will support ACDB to thrive for excellence in teaching and continuously improve ACDB programmes.Other Information Sources
