ACDB – A Research Driven College

ACDB has a strong research driven background, mainly through its Academic Director Prof Dr Marc K Peter. Research insights and global best practice are embedded in all programmes in order to provide up to date and business relevant teaching materials.

Prof. Peter published two major research projects which have identified the drivers and challenges of digital businesses, namely digital transformation and new work, while also identifying the seven strategic action fields of digital transformation (see below illustration). The research of Prof. Peter set guiding principles for the transformation of organisations in the digital age.
